  2. Mark the heel and the longest toe, then measure the distance in centimeters.
  3. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.
  4. Compare the foot length with the brand information shown for the product. Add extra room only when the brand's guide instructs you to.

US toddler sizes usually run through 13 before restarting at kids' size 1. European sizes continue upward without restarting. When a product lists both systems, use the conversion printed on that product.
