Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If we approve your return, but do not receive your item back within the 30 days from purchase date, we will deduct a 50% restocking fee from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and/or with tags attached to the garment. Gift cards are non-returnable and do not have an expiration date.

To complete your return, we request for you to email theoriginalchildrensshop@gmail.com for instructions. You will be required to pay for return shipping.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds: 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued you a credit to your original form of payment.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to do an exchange, please send us an email at theoriginalchildrensshop@gmail.com within 30 days of order.

Gifts: 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

Shipping: 
To return your product, send it to: The Original Childrens Shop, Attn: Returns, 4216 E. Madison Street, Seattle WA 98112, United States within 30 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
